Wow, I was one of the people mentioned that had no idea about the grants available, thanks so much for the post, I really assumed that such things were only for the poor, now I know better, thanks again!

I myself have applied for numerous grants due to the following reason: “Your family makes too much money”. This what was written as the result of me applying for a grant for college. I am not a firm believer in the government giving handouts. I see it happen to poor people only, but that’s only with education grants. I’ve never really researched business grants, nor did I know that they existed. Thanks for the all new insight.

I have seen the commercials about Free Government Money but did not want to pour money into a scheme that would not benefit me.
I also saw some information online at the bank that financed my car but the day I came across it I did not have time to read it so I thought I would look at it later.
I could never find it again but it is the same information you are offering here, THANKS!

I was originally thinking that the government grant is meant only for poor. But after reading this article I came to understand that people who are really needed help for development of business can avail. Before going to apply they should go at least to the library and read related books. Then it will be very easy for them and will be surprised how it is really easy.

I live in a tiny little apartment in NJ with my husband. We are both full time college students and make just enough money to get by paying rent and bills, with a VERY small budget for food and other expenses. We make a combined income of 24,000 dollars a year, and the majority goes to bills. We fill out our FAFSA every semester, and apply for other grants and every time we get the same letter in the mail…”You are ineligible to receive funds because your income is too high”, not the exact words but very close. The Nj state grant is based only on income and they do not factor in that people actually use that income to live. I have friends who live rent free with their parents and they get tons of money through state grants…because they dont work…
