Keeping this into consideration I urge the federal government, organizations and hospitals to provide surgical grants to whosoever needs it the most. May it a pregnant women who needs urgent caesarian section, or a patient with a penetrating trauma, rupture appendix and many other likes. No one in this situation with a insurance cover or enough savings would be able to clear their medical bill. So, if surgical grants are accessible many more lives can be saved.
